My first-ever French cuisine experience became a reality at “Nakatsu City Fuwafuwa Cuisine”! This restaurant offers a unique fusion of refined French techniques and heartfelt Japanese hospitality, delivering an experience beyond expectations.

耶馬溪女子旅のランチで伺いました。

朝6時半に家を出て、7時30分に合流。 耶馬溪一目八景には9時前に到着 紅葉見ながら、中津に向けて折り返し お店は12時に予約したけど、13時に予約変更

駐車場は敷地内に、6台くらいあります。 到着した時は、帰るお客さんもぼちぼち。

古民家を改装、靴を脱いでスリッパを履き替えてお席に案内されました。

スタイリッシュコース

お肉か魚のどちらか選択 前菜、パンかライス、スープ、デザート、コーヒーか紅茶までついて、2300円 コスパ良い

メインは魚にしました。

アメリソース　エビのクリームソースです。 お魚は真鯛のムニエル

大ぶりでボリュームはたっぷり。

なんですが、少し大ぶりすぎたからか、少し飽きがくるというか、、ブワッとして。 半分の量で良くて、しっかりムニエルした方が良いかな。できたら表はサクッと感欲しい。

前菜はサーモンのカルパッチョ、タコのアヒージョ、牡蠣のグリル、生ハムと洋梨 前菜はけっこう楽しかった。

ご飯よりパンがオススメ。 アツアツで、美味しい、タコのアヒージョのソースに付けて、めっちゃ美味しい！

デザート

アールグレイのムース 栗のパウンドケーキ、柿のシャーベットと柿 コーヒーと一緒にいただきました。

中津でランチのお店探したけど、なかなか見つからなくて。みんなで楽しめました。

レストルーム付近は、昔のままの建具やタイルで、田舎の建て替え前のおばあちゃんちを思い出しました。
