KISAKU — Restaurant in Nakatsugawa

This restaurant is awesome. Firstly, although we are not the local, the waiter was so nice and patient explaining the menu to us. All the meals we ordered were so delicious. I suggest "butter yolk pasta". I could feel the chef paid attention on each step he cooked. I love it. The important thing is that though it calls Italian food, it indeed produced a mixed culture meal, Japan + Italy....

Do not go there, we went for dinner at 19hs, when it is supposed to close at 21hs. All the tables occupied, so we ask if we can wait, and the guy who attended us said no way he has to go home. We were the only one couple waiting. Obviously he doesn't care about tourists, just deserved that no...

Excellent pizza place. Friendly, good service and great wood-fired pizza oven. My family of 6 (Australians) ate here and really enjoyed it, a welcome change for the kids after a few weeks of only Japanese cuisine. Highly...
