Mikiya — Restaurant in Nakatsugawa

Worst experience i've had in Japan, the place was dirty and the tables sticky. We were the first customers to enter the restaurant in the evening, they took our basic order of 3 pasta dishes, then they started serving other tables with food before they serve us. 1 HOUR later we were still not served and the staff was laughing and chilling in the kitchen. Had two pasta dishes tonight with drinks. Terrible experience. Not clean at all; they handle other customers’ dirty dishes then touch your cooking ingredient and the lady uses her hands to put ice in the glasses. Also checking the receipt after leaving the restaurant shows two charges for appetizers which we did not have. I would highly recommend against going to this place as you will save yourself a lot of trouble...
