This is a new place which has been open just a few months ago. I decided to go after I heard there’s a nice cafe open by hot Japanese YouTuber nearby where I was staying at . My first impression is “ wow this is like a playground for adults” . It could attract many young people who want to take a picture of themselves with a fantastic view. However it’s not free at all. You’ve got to order food or drink to get in. And it’s not cheap actually it’s overpriced at least that’s what I think . Perhaps the owners consider it’s not that high price if we can take a good picture of ourselves. Yes, this place is totally instagrammable. And the service was a bit rude. The guy who took the order from me was very irritated and stressful. What’s up with that attitude? It was like he was saying “ oh come on. Just make a order of anything and get out of my sight” I felt very embarrassed . Cause usually wherever I go in Japan if it’s a restaurant or cafe, almost everyone is so nice with a big smile and trying to take a good care of customers. Well I guess the workers here have not been properly trained yet. And one more thing that I feel sorry is “ hey it’s such a super-great spot for a view. You guys could do much better job to let us appreciate this amazing view. “ I remember someone said “ we don’t own a nature. We’re just a little tiny creature who happen to live for a short time and leave this planet soon.” Let us leave...
Read moreI have to be completely honest in this review which may be brutal. The atmosphere and view at this location is absolutely breathtaking! Just a heads up please bring yen because they only yen and no card transactions at all. And another thing is, you have to purchase an item in order to be at the place it's a requirement. There is a swing there, but there is a charge to use the swing and also a chatge to purchase a dress for the pictures or videos. Now let's get to the food. I ordered the butter curry chicken and it tasted like it came out of a can and not fresh at all. I was very very very disappointed about that. It was unflavored and unseasoned. My friends ordered the acai bowls and they were not made fresh they were frozen which means they were premixed or pre made. Not a good look at all for the food. I would recommend just ordering a simple drink to enjoy the sights. I would not go back to this place nor would I recommend...
Read moreThe place is charming and clearly designed with tourists and Instagram photos in mind—definitely a "tourist trap" vibe. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I came in hoping to buy drinks, but was told I had to order a food item for each person in my group. There was no signage at the entrance explaining this policy, and by the time staff informed us inside, it felt awkward to leave.
It's a shame, because the place has a lot of potential and could attract more visitors if they were more transparent upfront—or simply rethought the policy altogether. To top it off, it took 20 minutes just to get a couple of Cokes, and the delay wasn’t due to a crowd—they were more focused on enforcing purchases than serving customers.
Won’t be returning, but I hope they make some changes because the space itself is cute and could be...
