It's interesting that they categorize this as a bakery, as they're main draw is most likely ice cream. True, they do have cakes, cookies and a little bread, but most people come here to buy ice cream.

They have a wide selection of ice cream (also, ice milk and ラクトアイス, which isn't anything natural - so be careful) that changes with the season. Even so, I wish that they had more coffee and/or dark chocolate choices.

They have some cakes, which are nice, but there are better choices elsewhere. They have unique sweets such as ones made from sweet potato or sweet beans. These are tasty, but may not appeal...

They have different standard and seasonal cakes pastries for celebration and gift-giving. The staff were nice and very accommodating. It’s in front of Hana no Yu bathhouse and Red Cross Hospital. Cash, e-money and credit card payments...

先日こちらの店舗で、お誕生日プレゼントのために、マフィンとかマドレーヌなど何点か購入してラッピングをお願いしました。「55円別に料金掛かりますが？」と言われ、もちろんラッピングをお願いしているので、お願いしました。店員が背を向けたまま何回もやり直しをしているのか？その後、こちらで宜しいですか？と手渡されたのが、無地透明のビニール袋に入れてセロテープで止めただけの状態でした。これなら普通の持ち帰り用のビニール袋の方がましでした。リボンとかシールみたいな物は無いのですか？と聞いたら、困った顔で「ありません」と一言！シャトレーゼのラッピングとは？ バースデーケーキを扱っているのだからラッピング用のリボンも無いと言われびっくりしたのと、何だかとても気分が悪くなりました。仕方なく他のお店で自分でリボンを買ってラッピングをしました。 是非、シャトレーゼの店長様、こちらを読んでくださっ...
