Staff was very rude and not helpful, requested to buy a plastic bag in the beginning of purchase, yet the staff forgot and got mad just because I reminded him that I need a plastic bag( and perhaps because I don’t speak Japanese )He slammed the cashier machine and almost dropped the scanner ( which I helped him caught it). Handled the product very rudely and not polite at all. Is okay that we can’t communicate verbally, but at least please show some basic human respect to...

I finally tried one of their donuts after a family member frequented this chain several times.

Food: 4/5 - I had the plain sugar donuts which was soft and fresh. I wasn’t in the mood to try the sweeter ones. If you find them too big, try the mini sized ones which is cheaper. There are different kinds of donuts to try.
