I absolutely adore this restaurant. Have been coming back for years every time I visit Nasushiobara.

The meat is just right thickness. The soup is tasty and hot. The vegetables are always fresh.

2021/10月追記:【テーブル卓上ロースターが炭火からガスに。】コロナ渦でも繁盛していたけれど 時短やアルコール提供不可等から経営上の都合もあってテーブル席のロースターが炭火から卓上ガスロースターに９月から変更になりました。炭火は原価の高騰と営業中の管理が大変なので 経費含めて見直しとのこと。正直、ちょっぴり焼き加減に馴れは必要ですが元々お座敷はガスだったし、些細なものと思います。ランチにお弁当も出し始めたそうなので より気楽によいお肉を味わう機会が増えたのではないでしょうか。

2020/８月追記:【ランチは営業時間内でも早めに閉店となることがあります。ご注意。】コロナ感染症対応で席数が少し減りメニューも以前からすると生ビールが一種類になったりキムチ盛り合わせが無くなったり現状減っています。店員さんも少し減ったり営業維持に苦心されてる雰囲気はありますが 変わらずお肉は妥協無し。引き続き応援したい良店です。実は豚カルビも肉厚で柔らかく味付けも美味しいのでオススメ。
