A great place with very authentic food. I find it bizzare that some people complain that the staff don't speak English. Why should they? You folks do realise you aren't in a major tourist destination, and you aren't in an English speaking country? Overall I'm greatly satisfied with the quality of the food and service, the staff were very polite and friendly, and they even gave us some Halloween candies for free. Location is amazing too. Definitely...

The place is full of young people and noisy. The staff doesn't really speak English and they are not really set up for foreigners. It was nonetheless an amazing experience. Like an insight of Japanese youth culture.

The staff tried really hard and was great. The food was good too and the price was ok.

If you are looking for a place just near the Niigata station, this is a perfect place. The food is superb. We ordered the 180 kalbi meat and you can have unlimited rice and soup at aroun ¥1500
