秋葉区新津地域にあるパン屋さん。系列店がピア万代でドーナツとか売ってたりしますね。 横文字の店名、おしゃれな外観ですが、かなり地元密着なお店でもあるようです。 他地域に住んでいる私がこのお店を知ったのは、3月に行われた「2024年春　秋葉区パンまつり」という取り組みに参加する6店のうちの一つだったから。これは、秋葉区産の小麦粉を配合したパンを参加店で提供するというもの。 このお店では、鉄道のまち新津のシンボル、SLのC57になぞらえた黒いパン、その名もC57塩パンをご用意。私はこれに練乳クリームをサンドしたC57ミルク（270円）を購入しました。 訪れたのが土曜日の夕方だったため、さすがにパンの陳列スペースはほとんどが空いていましたが、それでも10種類くらいからは選ぶことができました。価格も案外お求めやすく、抹茶コロネ（200円）、たっぷりチョココロネ（200円）、塩パン（160円）を購入。 また、パンのほかにもジェラートやパフェなども提供しており、こちらもちょいちょい新潟の食材が盛り込まれるようですね。 この日はダブルのジェラート（440円）で、いちご甘酒に村上産緑茶をチョイス。しっかりと緑茶の香りが立っていました。 今度は品ぞろえの豊富な早い時間帯に行ってみたいな。 ごちそうさまでした。 決済：現金、バーコード決済 （2024年3月訪問） 2024年7月再訪 この日はコーヒーが飲みたくて。 レジカウンターでコーヒーをオーダーするとカップがもらえて、すぐわきのサーバーマシンでコンビニ風にセルフでいれます。 アイスコーヒー150円、ホットコーヒー130円という価格設定もコンビニ並みでした。
