The bread comes in an amazing variety: salt bagels, scones, pizzas, and baguettes among others. They also carry full loaves of bread as part of their offerings to the customer. The cashiers are speedy and effective, and the automated pay system is easy to navigate. Each customer is offered barley tea, coffee, or iced coffee as a free service when buying bread.

The reason for the 3-star is how narrow the corridors are at the bakery. At crowded times such as around lunch, or most of the day on Saturday/Sunday, the crowded aisles making getting by people who are having trouble deciding or are simply slow moving near impossible. 久しぶりに利用。家から近いけど、昔から感じの悪いスタッフさんが多くて敬遠してます。女池も海老ヶ瀬もそんな風には感じないのに。あまりに酷くて"問い合わせ窓口'にメールしたこともあるけど…相変わらずだなぁ。

まず、サービスのパンの耳を、レジカウンター越しに例の樽に投げ込む姿にドン引き。また、私の一つ前のお客さんがセミセルフ式のレジに手こずってまだ操作中なのに、「PayPayはこちらを読み込んでください」と硬貨投入口脇のQRコードを指し示してきた。"分かったから！「少々お待ちください」とでも言っておけよ、まだ前の人いるだろ！？"とバーコード読み取り画面をスタンバイ済みだということを敢えて見せるように構えて待ってたら、「読み取りお願いします」との催促…。 手こずってたおばさんは申し訳なさそうにお釣りをしまってた、こっちが申し訳無かったよ。混んでたわけでもないのに、"私は残りのパンの耳を早いとこ片付けないといけないのでサッサと帰ってください"感丸出しの応対をされて非常に気分が悪かった。 360円もする高級ベーコンエピも、スーパーの惣菜パンみたいにしにゃしにゃで、ガス臭い謎のガーリックアレンジがされてて余計な口臭ケアも必要になり最悪だった。
