まぐろ屋十割 — Restaurant in Niseko

It would seem that many people have experienced prejudice like myself. The “sick” feeling of being denied entry by the old auntie is slightly lessened by the many reviews i read here with the same feeling. Food is also about experience. Clearly the restaurant has too many customers otherwise they would not exist. Niseko town is my home to be lied to by the shop keeper to deny entry when i am looking to support local business is a sad short sightness by the owner. Niseko town is an international place with outstanding local produce and incredible young dynamic local culture that is inspiring. The old school xenphobia in this shop represents everything that is bad about japan. I hope that this message and other poor reviews will serve to start a movement against the culture of this shop to one which is more inclusive whilst remaining respectful of BOTH sides customer and owner. Why be in food business if you only like very few types of people?? A real chef and owner celebrates their skill with food and the love and joy they can bring to people...

If you are a tourist, you don’t need to go as the old lady doesn’t welcome any non-Japanese customers even you speak Japanese. We were told to keep quiet but the Japanese of the next table were even talking louder. Why don’t they just put a sign outside saying “Japanese Only”? Wasted our time to pay a visit and waste...

2024年4月 結構好きで何度か来ていましたが、 今回は良くなかったです。

蕎麦は前と違ってこれが蕎麦？？って感じ つゆはめちゃくちゃしょっぱい。人生初の蕎麦食べ終わる前に蕎麦湯足しました。 それでもしょっぱい。とにかくしょっぱい。

マグロ丼は酢飯が変なにおい。 正油多めにかけて、ごまかして食べました。

食事中にホントに味に納得して出しているのか聞きたくなった。 これが当店の味ですって言われたらそれまでなんで聞かないけど。

マグロだけは美味しい。

こんなことなかったのになぁ。

スマホ禁止や子供は入れないなどのコンセプトが僕にははまっていたが、食事がこれではまた行く気にはなれないかなぁ。

残念でした。

スマホいじりながらご飯食べる人って、はたから見てても不愉快に感じてしまう僕は、 この店の主人のコダワリに共感できる。

ただ、他の方の口コミでスマホいじると怒られるとあったので、なんかキツイ接客なのかなぁと心配していたが、めっちゃ丁寧親切、気配りが行き届いている接客で良かった。

店とお金を払う客はあくまでも対等の立場であり、客が店を選ぶ様に店も客を選んでいいと思う。 嫌なら行かなければいい。 色々と入店制限があり口コミで低い点数をつける方がいるが、 店主は全く気にしないでしょうねー。

実際僕が行った時は一人客だけでほぼ席は埋まっていた

コロナ対策はしっかりしていました。

ただでさえ狭いお店なのに、席を間引いて営業していました。

寒くなってきたからなのか、冷たい蕎麦にあったかいつゆが無くて残念だった。 ここだけ星ひとつ減らしました。

マグロ小鉢のセットを頼み、贅沢なヘルシーランチとなった。

あったかい蕎麦に蕎麦湯が付いてきて不思議だったが、入れてみると蕎麦の風味がアップしてなかなかよかった。
