Upashi Seta — Restaurant in Niseko

YUMMMMYY!! The best experience in Niseko. We did the omakase dinner and ordered the fried chicken + 5 piece sashimi- 100% order both. We originally stayed at Snowdog village then moved over to Hirafu side, unfortunately Upashi Seta was closed when we were at Snowdog so we traveled back to Upashi Seta and it was WORTH IT! (Watch out for days closed and make rez beforehand) The service is incredible, ordering a taxi back to Niseko, took a bit and they let us wait inside so we didn’t have to wait in the cold. 😊 easier to make a reservation...

Fortunately, there are places like Upashi Seta still in existence, tucked away in Niseko Village and off the beaten track. This restaurant has a humble, genuine feel about it, and I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Chef Akiko cooked authentic, tasty cuisine using fresh local produce for a very reasonable price.
