I went there on a weekday in February. It was cloudy and snowing, but if it had been sunny, we might have been able to see Mt. Yotei. This restaurant uses ingredients from Hokkaido! My favorite local food. Japan has local ingredients in almost every region. I love that. I ordered the lunch course here. The drink bar had a yogurt drink made at a nearby farm. It was a delicious drink with a very rich and deep flavor. The salad had colorful vegetables under the lettuce, so it wasn't very visually appealing but it was good taste. The scallop and bottarga pasta was delicious. I went there right after opening, so it was pretty empty. For some reason, there were only Japanese customers:)

Do you like nice view? Do you like wide space? Do you want to spand that time outside with your friends? No mistake, come here. Great view from restaurant. It is ~1500yen buffet per person. You can choose between 2 type of pasta, 2 type of stews, and unlimited vegetable buffet. Some cold and hot dishes, 2 type of sweets and juice&coffee. If you want to enjoy the view and don't care about 5stars service&menu this is a place for you. For that amout of money, no way that you can get this all dishes here in Niseko area. I don't like buffet type of restaurant,but this was nice one, with this view, it was great!

Reserved a table for a set course dinner with my family. The food was excellent and delicious! Fresh locally sourced ingredients. The whole family left with full tummies. They even picked us up from the hotel and sent us back after dinner. The restaurant was empty save 1 other family at the time we were there. Service was excellent, perhaps due to there not being many other guest at the time of our visit. For the quality of food, the meal was reasonably priced (especially for Niseko standards). Would definitely recommend PRATIVO for dinner.

Vegetables buffet was fresh and good (especially from a non-salad eating person). There was this soft boiled egg with fish sauce dish (part of vegetable buffet selection) that was reminiscent of a dish that I loved back home (half boiled eggs with soy sauce in Singapore), which has the savoury aftertaste. Yogurt drink was tasty too. However, the tomato pasta that I have for the main dish, was average though.

Even though the lunch menu's main dish is extremely small, the salad buffet is amazing and you can absolutely get your money's worth at this place. You cannot go wrong with any of the dishes. There's also desserts (milk pudding is great) and while gratin is at the desserts table, I recommend to eat it with the salads ;) Please try the yoghurt!

A jewel of Niseko Village dining options. The 11000 yen farm and sea to table dinner was delicious and carefully prepared and presented. They offer an impressive selection of well known French and local Hokkaido wines. They offer pickup service in Niseko Village and Hirafu; getting there is easy! Highly recommend!
