I had the pleasure of visiting Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm Pizza, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The pizza here is unlike anything I've had before—the dough is perfectly thin and crisp, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings are incredibly fresh and flavorful. What sets this place apart is the quality of the dairy used, as everything from the cheese to the milk comes straight from their own farm. The mozzarella is so creamy and rich, making every bite a treat.
The farm itself is beautiful, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that enhances the overall dining experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the meal. I also loved the unique variety of pizzas on the menu, showcasing local ingredients that really bring out the flavors of the region.
In addition to the pizza, they offer a selection of fresh dairy products like ice cream and yogurt, which are equally delicious and a must-try.
All in all, Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm Pizza is a gem—perfect for anyone looking for authentic, high-quality pizza in a stunning setting. The combination of fresh ingredients, excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere makes it a 5-star destination. Highly...
Read moreI had my doubts, another pizza joint at a ski resort town? Among the sea of gaijin pouring in from the Chuo bus as the snow starts to pour down on my hungry face. Surely this must be a tourist trap. I was wrong.
A dairy farm that operates an ice cream shop and a pizza parlor turned out to be a delightful combination as it provided an extra activity for me and my friends in this small plaza willed with big taste.
I just gotta say, it’s all about the cheese. The quality of cheese used in the pizza is quite clear. As you can see I ordered 4 of them. My favorite has to be the potato pizza. The double carb combo isn’t my favorite typically but this one was just amazing.
I had the Margherita, Mushroom, Corn&Sausage and the Potato.
For a spot in a resort town, this is 5/5. If this was in the city, id say this is 3.5/5.
Great place to just sit...
Read moreWe were visiting the area and wanting to find a place to eat, luckily this came up on the search and we were so happy to stumble across this place.
Though it was drizzling when we visited this place, it still offered an amazing view and surrounding atmosphere. Fresh and well maintained flowers, and the view of the mountain that backdrops this delightful and charming place.
The place is divided into 4 main areas, ranging from the two restaurant halls, a chocolaterie, and finally their dairy/sweet place. This place offered plenty of options in terms of food, and they definitely utilised their handmade cheese in their dishes. From their pizzas and pastas, to the variety of sweet treats available to purchase.
Highly recommend getting the cheese tart and the choux, but I'm sure you can't go wrong with their...
