Questionable cleanliness. When I arrived and was led by the hostess to be seated, I noticed that the seats were very dirty. They had grease stains all over them. I asked the hostess to wipe the seats clean before being seated

This restaurant’s food look nice in photos, but once they serve the tomato soup appetizer, it became immediately clear that they water down their tomato sauce. It tasted like someone added water to an empty tomato sauce jar. It was absolutely disgusting, inedible,and offensive.

They also water down the tomato sauce used on their pizza. The Angus Beef we ordered was very poor quality, fatty and greasy.

大人4人と1歳になる子連れで行きました。 卵のアレルギーがあり子ども用のお弁当を持参して。 入店時には、子ども用の食物の持参は未開封のものとは説明は受けてません。 知らずに入店しました。店頭のサインも見てなかった。 入店後食事がテーブルに並び、子どもにもご飯を食べさせていると、ある女性店員が、「子どもの食べ物の持ち込みは未開封の物のみとなってます。衛生上の観点から」と上から冷たい言葉で言われました。 入店後に言われても、子どもは食事を楽しく始めているし！食事をするのが大好きな子ですので片付けるのはあまりにも可哀想な状況でした。 衛生上の観点と言うのも理解できませんし、言い方もきつくとても傷つきました。なぜ我が子が食べるものなのに衛生上の観点？そんな責任こちらで取ります！ 言い方もあるし、その後もずっとこちらの様子観察を睨むように続けてこられました。とても不愉快な時間でした。久しぶりに友人と楽しく食事をしに来たのに。もう二度と利用することはないと思います。もう少し、アレルギー持つ子ども、食事を始めてから言われる子どもの気持ち、食事を通しての教育。 こちらも入店時に持ち込みについてのサインがあるのを確認してませんでしたが、 あんなに冷たく言われるのであればもっと徹底してください。 決して子どもがいることが偉いとかそんなことで書いているのではなくサービス業としての言葉遣いや態度、子どもが楽しく食事を始めてから言われる気持ちなど配慮してほしいです。 正直食事が美味しかった...
