Sunrise Coffee — Restaurant in Nishinomiya

Drove 30minutes to check out the cafe that looked great on google. When we arrived there was only one seat inside, so we asked for take away. The man said it would take a long time and then just stood there looking at us. We then asked if we can sit outside, he declined and said we can’t take cups to the outdoor seating provided. So we then asked if we could just get take always, he then said we would have to wait over 30 minutes. Poor service, the man did not even attempt to welcome us or give us any alternative options. We would also have been happy to wait for a seat but the employee was cold and unwelcoming. Will certainly not...

とりあえずサービスが最悪。普段はサービスが悪くても何も言わないが、ドアは8時に閉まると書いてあるのに17:30に着いたにも関わらず、17:00でラストオーダーだと言われた。中にはお客様も1人いたしドアも空いていた。多分コーヒーをもう作りたくなかったのか分からないが、店主は失礼な態度だった。本当にカフェを経営してるのか？もうコーヒーを売ってないなら普通ドアを開けとくか？お店の前で少し立って入る素振りも見せてたのに？他のレビューを見て同じような人がいてびっくりした。そんなにサービスが悪いならカフェを経営しない方がいいとまで思うサービスだった。二度と行かない。

Two words: Terrible Service. I rarely complain even with bad service but the owner gives new meaning to terrible service. Door says they close at 20:00 as well as his sign arranged outside with the menu. Arrived at 17:30 and the door was open and a customer was seated inside. I guess he didn’t feel like making coffee anymore because he rudely said no more coffee service for the day... hmm do you run a coffee shop? Are your doors open and does your sign say open until 20:00? We asked if we could get it to go and again he just rudely said “there is no coffee” wow... please don’t support this rude owner. Bad service like this should be put out of business. If you don’t want to make coffee anymore then close your shop and go... but if people travel to sit in your cafe just to be rudely told you have no coffee when it’s basically the only thing you serve... then sorry, you’re the worst cafe owner...

We were looking for a good place to get breakfast, and this cafe was recommended to us by Google maps. It was really good! I got their egg salad on toast and an iced coffee. The coffee was really good, and the sandwich was delicious! There wasn’t much English, but we managed with translate apps. The service was fast, and the barista was nice! I’m definitely going...
