Suimi Hokkaido Genghis Khan — Restaurant in Noboribetsu

Đây là một nhà hàng địa phương mới mở của khu Noboribetsu.

Thịt bò, đặc biệt là thịt cừu ở đây được ướp rất ngon, mọng nước và không bị hôi.

Ông bà chủ quán cũng siêu nhiệt tình. Mặc dù bia Sapporo là món đồ uống đặc trưng ở vùng này nhưng tôi lại mê rượu mơ của Nhật hơn. Dù rượu mơ không được ghi trong menu nhưng khi hỏi chủ quán tôi vẫn được phục vụ thêm món đồ uống yêu thích. (Khám phá menu ẩn của nhà hàng - GET!!)

Và Menu của quán vẫn đang trong quá trình cải thiện nên mong quán có thêm nhiều món mới hơn. Rất mong có cơ hội quay lại đây lần nữa😍

This is a new restaurant in Noboribetsu area.

The beef, especially the lamb here is so good, so yummy and juicy, not be stinking even though it was just seasoned with salt in a simple way. It goes well with minced garlic (Niniku) and the Tare sauce.

The service is great. I was also get to know some local information from the owner and other staff. They also introduced me the hidden menu (the Plum sake which had not yet put into the public menu). Of course, the Sapporo beer in this area is great all the time, but I’m much more into the Japan sake.
