THE BLUEWATER — Restaurant in Numazu

Lovely restaurant, great decor, with a beautiful view over the Kano River. We ordered the Bluewater hamburger set meal. It started with a soup and a salad.  Followed by the cheeseburger, French fries, and onion rings. The burger was really good! Homemade patty, cheese, tomato, and a slice of pickle, topped with a crisp burger. Great! We finished with a coffee and a slice of cheesecake.

The staff were really friendly. The chef who brought out our meal had an awesome mustache! Very cool guy!

The Blue Water restaurant is a fantastic riverside cafe with delicious food and drinks, a cozy atmosphere, and a very kind and friendly staff. Very happy with the BBQ chicken thin crust pizza and ginget tea. So yummy! I highly recommend this place. The view at night is...

2023.12.23クリスマスディナーで利用しました。 初めて来店しました。予約時からとても楽しみにしていました。6品7000円で、品数も満足。 時間は3部制との事だったので18時からにしました。 どれも美味しかった♪♪

でも、料理の提供時間には驚きました。 スープが提供され、次のパスタが来たのが35分後。少し時間かかってるかな、と思いましたが気長に待とうと思いました。 その後、最後の料理が来るまで50分空きました。パスタを食べ終わってから何をしていれば良いのか…。 19時から来た隣の客と料理の提供が同じ時間になってました。（しかも、その客は先に帰ったし）

窓際の席を案内されたせいか、店内が寒い。初めに毛布も貸してくれました。でも、３時間も座っていたのでさすがに耐え難い寒さでした。足元にストーブが欲しかった。

そして最後に出てきたのは、冷めたフォンダンショコラ。バニラアイス添え。寒さでアイスどころでは無かった。 サービスのコーヒー付と記載があったが、コーヒーは運ばれてこなく、食べてすぐにお会計へ。 後ろの席の客には、料理の提供時間の謝罪で人数分のドリンクをサービスしますと案内していたのが聞こえてきましたが、私達にはなく…。寒すぎて途中で頼んだホットチョコレート一杯のみがレジでサービスになりました。（もっとドリンク頼んどけばよかった） ディナーで３時間もかかったので、その後の予定も狂い残念なクリスマスとなりました。 ちょっと対応が酷かったので、コメント書かせてもらいます。
