The best eel dish I’ve ever had. My friend and I had our dinner there yesterday. The food was so delicious. I like it very much. But the best part of our dinner was the service. Our server went out of her way to make our visit special she made us a beautiful origami crane using our country’s flag and a thoughtful greetings of our birthday! She was so kind and warm. Japanese service is top notch for sure but she indeed made it even better with her genuine gestures. Thank you very much for going out of your way to make us feel welcome. 令和四年六月十七日の夜七時に久し振りに伺いました。 今回、遠方より叔母の家族が所用で来訪。 美味しい名古屋めしを食べてもらいたくて備長さんを選ばせて頂きました。

予約をさせて頂いていたのですが、金曜日の夜ということもあって、国道他が渋滞、10分ほど遅れてしまいましたが、電話で連絡させて頂きましたがスタッフの応対も優しく、気遣いのあるお言葉を頂いて有り難い対応でした。

五人のうち三人が上ひつまぶし、と、姫御膳、エビフライ御膳をそれぞれ頂きました。

エビフライ御膳は大きなエビフライが二尾、揚げ具合も程よいものでした。 姫御膳は小ぶりの器のまぶしに、お刺身、う巻き、サラダ、茶碗蒸しとカミさんに丁度いい量でした。

上ひつまぶしは鰻がパリっフワッと程よい焼き加減で自慢のタレとの相性バツグンで他地方の従妹夫婦も大変な喜びようでした。
