4000円の懐石コースを注文しました。難点がいくつかあります。

まずは料理の提供スピード。早すぎます。 先付けが来て、その２分後に向付けの刺身が出されました。そして先付けを食べている最中に焼き魚が。 和食でも洋食でも、客の食べ終わりを見計らうのはコース料理における当然の嗜みです。それがなっていない。

次に肝心の料理の質。これも良くない。 煮物椀が茄子と長芋のあんかけ仕立てでしたが、その間に挟んであったスモークサーモン（なんで和食でスモークサーモン？）が出汁などの風味を全て壊していました。味付けも濃く、その後で揚げ物を食べるのだから献立全体のバランスも悪い。 さらに揚げ物ときたら、やたらと量が多い上に『とうもろこしのかき揚げ』なるものが出てくる始末です。ぽってりとした生地でまとめられており、また油を相当吸っているので重たいことこの上ない。もっと洗練された上物の天ぷらだけに絞って欲しかった。
