１７時前に来店カウンターとテーブルあり板前さん４名店員さん４名程時間帯の為かレーンは流れておらずタッチパネルで注文がってん寿司はわさび抜きの他シャリ少なめなどもタッチパネルで注文可能女性や子供に良さそう店内は３組程なので注文したら直ぐ握ってくれスピーディ盆の時期でテイクアウトの注文が重なっている様子だったが店内のお客さんにはストレス無い程度で調理を行っておりプロ意識をしっかりもっていて感心した１００円寿司と比べるのも失礼な話ではあるが圧倒的に鮮度もネタの量も良い

地元の回転寿司では、一番ネタが新鮮で美味しいと思います。店員さんも愛嬌が良く接待が気持ち良いです。海なし県、栃木県では、なかなか新鮮な海鮮物が食べられないですが、ガッテン寿司🍣は満足出来る味です。厳選した素材を市場から直送し、素材の持ち味を職人の手で最大限に引き出し、最良の状態でご提供しているそうです。コロナ禍で外出を控えているので、イベントにはテイクアウトします。でも数年前よりは味が落ちたと思います。

味、ネタ共に品質がかなり落ちましたね。接客もファミレス以下。高いなら高いなりにそれ相応の品質と接客が伴って欲しい。ランチメニューに何が入っているのかわからなかったので店員さんに聞くと口答でマグロ～イクラ～、次々と！説明「イヤイヤ、何が入っているのか確認しながらランチの中から食べたいものを食べようとしたのですが？」と言うと全て詳細が載っているメニューを嫌そうに持ってきた！あるなら先に持ってこいよと思う始末。ランチで無料の味噌汁もかなり生臭く開店当時の旨さ、接客態度は残っていませんでした。職人と呼べる店員さんがいなくなったのが原因なのだと感じます。これでは周りの回転寿司とあまり差は感...
