神奈川県にある大磯プリンスホテルの中華ダイニングの春節ブッフェランチ(税サ込5,000円)。土曜日に利用しましたが、とても賑わっていました。ご家族連れが多いです。 内装は家具照明はシンプルですが、太平洋に面しているのでビューが抜群です。ただランチ時間は日差しが強くロールスクリーンが降りてます。 全体的にかなり日本人向けにアレンジされた味付けで、辛いメニューはほとんどありません。品目も万人受けする料理で構成されており、子ども連れでも利用しやすいです。 個人的に美味しかったメニューは ハチノスのサーティーソース →味付けは比較的あっさりですが、ハチノスが食べ応えあります。 豚の角煮 →トロトロの豚肉に甘いタレがかかっています。 腸詰(ピリ辛) →クセ強な、独特の風味ですが私は大好きな料理です。 以下、メニュー一覧です。 レタス ミニトマト オニオンスライス きゅうり 中華風ピクルス 胡麻ドレッシング 魚の南蛮漬け 腸詰(ピリ辛) チャーシュー クラゲの和え物 五目中華和え物 鶏肉と野菜の炒め 豚肉の角煮 豚肉とキクラゲの玉子炒め ハチノスのサーティーソース 小チマキ 海老のチリソース炒め マーボー豆腐 豚肉と野菜のあんかけ焼きそば 鶏肉の唐揚げ 春巻き 胡麻団子 ココナッツ団子 玉子スープ 焼売 海老蒸し餃子 小籠包 桃まん フカヒレ入り蒸し餃子 花咲焼売 小肉包 ミニつゆそば 北京ダック リンゴ オレンジ キウイフルーツ みかん マンゴープリン

中国料理 滄 大磯プリンスホテル「中国料理 滄」でディナー。 ちょうど今日（5／1）から始まった期間限定のハワイアンメニューが出ていたいので そちらから2品と定番メニューをオーダー。 ＊ガーリックシュリンプ 滄スタイル 2000円 ＊マヒマヒと春雨の煮込み 2400円 ＊青菜のガーリック炒め 2000円 ＊担々麺 1850円 ＊白飯 400円 ＊ノンアルのピニャコラーダ 1200円 ＊ノンアルのブルーハワイ 950円 ＊キリン生ビール 1100円 2日前の予約で。19：３０の席しか取れず。 ラストオーダーが２０時だったので、 少し遅れて到着して慌ててオーダー。 残念ながらデザートは間に合わず。 いつも定番メニューにしてしまうので、 今回は、期間限定のハワイアンメニューも入れて気分転換。 大ぶりのエビを使ったガーリックシュリンプも良き。 マヒマヒと春雨の煮込みは、結構、私の好み。 とはいえ、２人とも割と少食なのでお腹いっぱい。 スタッフの方は丁寧でした。 3月に大磯プリンスに入っていた和食が閉店してしまったのは寂しい。
