Beautiful place to try out local cuisine with a creative, modern spin. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy (only seats 7 guests). Be sure to reserve online! The owner will reserve a car parking space for you (200m away). 7 courses (two vegetable appetisers, sashimi, chawanmushi, chicken, rice and pear dessert) are well executed by a team of 2 chefs. Excellent value. Must try!

8月　半年ぶり　一品ずつここでしかみたいな発見が多くて　そうめんかぼちゃ　焼ききゅうり　梨と豚肉　ピーマンに香辛料の茶碗蒸し　ちりめん山椒みたいな赤山椒あじ　鱧みたいに骨切りした太刀魚　口に入れたらすぐペースト状になる無水鍋で蒸したじゃがいもの素揚げ　冬瓜とオカワカメ　フェンネルの花と和三盆ピーチ 2回目 2月　大磯ネギ　セロリ　新じゃがと山椒　餡の中の紅菜苔(こうさいたい)の黄色い花　七草粥のハコベラ　紫玉ねぎ炒め　モクレンでなくネコヤナギ　シマムラの白味噌といりこだし　カマスの炙り、太刀魚、大磯のシロダイ　ケール茹でたら緑鮮やかひらひらも　かぶの葉味噌漬け　あっという間の2時間　あらためて、寝かせたというシロダイのぬめり具合がおこわっぽいお米とすごいあってて食べたことないちらしでしたご近所　外の子とエジソン電球はうちにも欲しい　レモン　金柑　キウイ　湘南ゴールド？の酵素？ドリンクがうまい　酸味抜いて河合神社の花梨を思い出す　麦青でもあったがあっちのは発酵？　母がめずらしくごくごくいくのでおかわりする　みかんジュースだとそんなことない　正月の黄色は福寿草だけじゃなく蝋梅という　ウメ科でなくロウバイ科だと　10月はローゼルがいいかも　私道にたぶんレースラベンダーの冬籠り　東に行った通りが正面に高麗山が見えていい　ついでに高麗の人は昨日の左義長どうしてるんだか気になる　シマムラでお塩ゲット　🐔茹でる時最初から入れてるという　アマゾンで売ってない粉雪タイプ　成城石井のスモークチーズ売ってたりするしあなどれない　ムロアジというのの血合をうまく写せてなかった　金目鯛のこーいう色がいい　タグ付きズワイガニの蒸したのの殻を裏から透かして見たのと同じ色をする　ここは1年だけど大磯15年とのこと　あっという間に1時間50分　いろいろ食べれて教わるいいお時間でした

Yohei and Aoi have created something truly exceptional and extraordinary here...a perfection of taste, scent, light, colour and grace. This is truly the best restaurant that I have ever eaten in. I cannot recommend it...
