This is exactly the kind of restaurant that I love. To be honest, the inside looks like a Soviet union’s gulag but honestly who cares when the food that is given to you is so rich, generous and made with that much love ? I took the miso chashumen (1030¥) and it was perfect, thick noodles, thick broth, meat was on point It is the kind of ramen you know you wouldn’t need a dessert after ! I wish they had the English menu for foreign customers like me because I can’t read Kanji. It’s quite hard to order but thank god I used Google Translate.

I ordered 2 Bokkee Ramen and 8 pieces of fried chicken. The fried chicken and kimchi are really star of the show. They’re so so good. The Bokkee Ramen is ok for me. The broth is super thick and a little bit salty for me. Tastes better with garlic, pepper flakes ( or chilli powder ) and their kimchi.

They serve super concentrated pig soup ramen, the best one i have ever tried. I can't explain how rich the favour is as i have never tried such taste before in Tokyo or Osaka. Also, they have unlimited kimchi refill that you can eat as much as you want. I probably ate 6 dishes of it. Best ramen shop ever.
