魚がしの銀次 泡瀬店（旧：生け簀の銀次） — Restaurant in Okinawa

I came here to eat dinner with the wife. Had a few drinks and the food was amazing until I ordered the clam soup. To find a white worm inside of the soup. I then called the attention of the waitress very discretely and she took the soup away immediately, instead of the chef coming over to apologize for the worm in the food they continued to serve other customers and not even pay attention for about 10 minutes until I called the waitress back over to the table. I then asked for my bill and a taxi. The manager came over to tell me the work wasn’t anything that could harm me... how could a worm in my food be acceptable in any form!? They then handed me a bill for 5700 yen and made me pay even after there was a worm in my food. I then went to pay for my food to find that there was no taxi waiting. I then asked where the taxi was and they looked at me like I had 16 heads.... this place is horrible do not go here... they treat their customers like trash and only worry about their own..

This place was awesome, we stumbled across it the other night and we can't wait to go back. The food is really good and the presentation is beautiful. The food is small and shareable and pretty affordable. We went and tried a bunch of stuff (we ordered about 12 plates) and it was about $125 including a bottle of alcohol for the table.
