We attempted to dine here during a time when they were hardly busy. At most only two other small groups were present.
Upon walking in, the front of house staff didn’t even acknowledge our presence despite very clearly seeing us since they were standing at the register. We stood for about 5 minutes without any acknowledgement until we eventually flagged someone down. They asked us in an annoyed tone to wait, and then disappeared for another 10 minutes.
At that point we turned around and walked out. I don’t consider myself overbearing at the least as a customer. Quite the contrary, just a simple “welcome! Please wait for a bit.” in the language of their choice as is standard in pretty much any other establishment on Oki would’ve completely sufficed. instead we got the feeling we were a burden.

You could always order only one protein and save some money, but then it won't be the Hibiscus dinner package and that is okay too.
