Kuiko Kebabu — Restaurant in Okinawa

I ordered a persian sandwich and got a wrap, filled with cabbage and a tiny bit of meat. The server had the nerves to try to say that he had made me a persian sandwich and try to convince my husband and I, that it was a sandwich, when it was clearly a wrap that was stuffed with cabbage and looked nothing like what i had ordered and paid for. Long story short, I will not be going there ever. I don’t recommend this place since they serve you what they want not what you ordered. They even still made us look like we were the crazy ones, when in reality, is them🙄. No wonder they asked us if we had ever had middle eastern food. Super friendly staff and incredibly delicious food. My absolute favorite cuisine is Persian and my absolute favorite dish is chicken fesanjan. I noticed they did not have it on the menu but I asked if maybe sometimes they offer it as a special. Instead they offered to make it for me - I just needed to give them about 4 days notice. I'll start with one thing, the food is good. It's quick if you're hungry but past that, I normally prefer anywhere else. The wraps are okay, the meat is okay just lacks kick and spice.

That being said, this is not Persian food. As someone who's Persian and knows how to make the food, this is nowhere near being Persian food and the fact it's being marketed as it is insulting.
