The first time I visited this establishment it was an okay experience. There were two cashiers giving me a hard time, but I ignored them. Today I went and ordered 7 items and only received 5 yet they charged me for the missing items. Even though the cashier called back my order correctly. The person next to me had an iced coffee and I pointed and gestured with my finger 1 and pointed at myself. They pretended to not understand. Even with the language barrier that wasn't a complicated request.
The two rude cashiers were unwilling to help me. I also was looking at a paper menu and one of the rude cashiers snatched it out my hand and ripped it up. She also attempted to snatch another menu out my hand as I was pointing at the image of a iced coffee to a male cashier. As I was pointing at the menu items attempting to order the two cashiers just stood with a blank stare at me. I left with half my items and embarrassed.
If you're American don't even bother visiting here, and if you're military just go on base to eat. The experience on base is more welcoming. I don't know if I wasn't liked because I'm American or because I'm black but I won't be back. No matter the language barrier you can feel hate. As well as see the disgust in their eyes.
