A contemporary Italian restaurant with highly trained service staff, open kitchen, clean setting and great food.

The pizza was artisanal, packing a powerful flavor and it passed the New York fold-and-eat test.

The pasta, while good, was actually the least impressive of all the food.

Steak was close to perfection with a hint of butter, seasoning was on point.

We never had to ask for water to be refilled. The wait staff were attentive throughout our meal. They even entertained our kids when they couldn't sit still.

Prices were reasonable for a high-end hotel...

Haha. . . Expectation too high for a brand hotel . . . -Restaurant receptionist at the front is too busy to respond. . . -Staff running like A family restaurant -Almost semi auto wine pulling service -Food is acceptable. . .but missing details Maybe corona virus or because is a special offer But as a restaurant in Hyatt Regency hotel. . . Disappointed😵 Two stars is just for some of the friendly staffs...

Food was actually quite tasty but service was abysmal. The waiter poured olive oil in our dishes but then didn't bring bread; left us to put the appetizer plating aside ourselves where it remained for the rest of the meal in a stack on our table; didn't refill our water; and generally ignored us throughout the entire meal.
