It is not worth the price! The risotto was over cooked and without any special taste! The cooking of pork was nice but at the end the dish was boring!

いつ行っても素敵な雰囲気と景色のべラビスタの敷地内にあるレストラン 絶好のお天気の中行ってまいりました お料理はコースもありましたがアラカルトからいくつ選ぶと ちゃんとスープが出てきてコース仕立てにして提供してくださいました♡ コースのメインになるくらい食べ応えのある旨みたっぷりのプレミアム椎茸 天恵菇（てんけいこ） ジューシーな横島ポークの薪火焼き そしてエレテギアパエリアが思ってたのと全く違う見た目で出てきてびっくりでしたがこれがほんとに美味しくて♡ とても美味しく幸せな時間を過ごせました♬ でもホテルが老朽化で解体される為 こちらも1月半ばから3年間位お休みになるそうなので あの美しい景色を見られるのもあと少しかな ということで気になる方は急げ～です！

Vella Bistaに宿泊、こちらエレテギアでディナーを頂きました。 鮮度、質にこだわった食材を活かして薪を使って調理しています。 個人的にはお野菜の中では 徳島県産の椎茸が驚くほど美味しかったです。 大きさも直径10センチ超えるようなbig size！ お肉は（3人で行ったので）3種を3人で取り分けて頂きました。 18時半からスタート…終わりは20時半すぎ（笑） のんびりとゆっくりお食事を楽しみましたが、 他のグループの方が近くで大きな声でおしゃべり していたのが残念です。 スタッフの方の対応も申し分ありませんでした。 そうそう、、、薪を焚いた匂いが服に付いてしまいます。これが唯一難点ですね。
