It started pouring 10 mins after I had started biking the Shimanami Kaido. I happened to be right across the street from Cafe Noa.
The owner saw me drenched and immediately offered me a fresh towel to dry myself, which I super appreciated! The store was very cute and clean, and has classical music on in the background.
The peach souffle was PHENOMENAL. It was baked perfectly, with a slightly hard exterior but tender soft inside with small chunks of peach. It came with delicious cold cream and yuzu ice cream. If you get the set, you can get a tea or coffee to go with the souffle.
