Ennosuke Shōten — Restaurant in Osaka

Ennosukeshouten is known for their chicken paitan broth, amongst a few others in Osaka. They have a few varieties of the broth and a dipping-style tsukemen. I opted for their most popular shoyu soy sauce version with extra chashu and flavored egg, for 1000¥. A large portion can be had at no extra charge, as well. You can choose to add additional condiments, such as garlic sauce, pickled veggies, and hot sauce.

The thick, delicious bowl of ramen arrived shortly and I knew it was well worth the wait in line the moment it came. The thick broth was deep and satisfying, but if I were to nitpick, it lacked an extra hint of flavor of other paitan soups. The smoked chashu was quite delicious and a good portion. I was also impressed to discover their noodles are made in-house. Overall, a very satisfying bowl in the outskirts of the city.

コチラのラーメンですね、皆さんのレビュー見てると天下一○こってりラーメンみたいな感じらしいですわ！？ 天○一品のこってりラーメンは 学生時代から大好きっ子♬(๑♡∀♡๑) 阪急淡路駅降りて直ぐ近くに有りましたよ。 13時過ぎに到着、店内へ入りますね。

カウンター席7、2人掛けテーブル1つ、4人掛けテーブル1つかな！？ 空いていたカウンター席に座ります。 メニューを確認( ᯣωᯣ )ｼﾞｨｰｰ まろやか鶏白湯古風、あらごし鶏白湯新風、他色々とありますが今回は、古風に味玉入ったヤツ1050円にしますね。 あと、、、アカン食べよΨ( 'ч' ☆) 美味そうだったミニ鶏煮込み丼セット＋350円もお願いしましたよ。 卓上には、賽の目に切られたすだち大根が置いて有ります。ニンニク、辛味噌、ラーメンスパイスは言ったら出してもらえるみたいです。 もちろん、コレ見てニンニクお願い(´-ω-)ｳﾑ しばらく待っていると、、、

New experience of having ramen. The chicken base soup is unexpectedly good. Very flavorful and thick (almost like a sauce texture) which go very well with the noodle and pork.
