The chicken was alright. I prefer crispier chicken, but the chicken here was quite soft. The breading was falling off a bit. The flavor was pretty good though. Fries were average. One highlight is that the staff was friendly. The atmosphere is your typical mall food court. It’s cool to say we ate KFC for Christmas, but I wouldn’t go back on a typical day 😅

I wanna management to answer this comment. 最低最悪。以前から日本のKFCはなぜこんなに不味いのか？という疑問があったが、美味しいインド、タイにあるKFCのイメージで行くと大変な事になる！カーネルサンダースが道頓堀に落とされた怨みがあるのか、芦原橋店を含めた、こんなサギーでベチャベチャの衣、冷えたフライドチキンを出すのは、KFCジャパンのみ！

13:00にモバイルオーダーで注文。13:15に取りに行く予約をして、13:20に到着(到着ボタン押す) しかしいつまで経っても注文番号呼ばれず、イベントもあるし時間かかるのは当然か仕方ないと思い、すぐ近くで立って待ちました。お客さんの多さに対して手際がいいなと受け取り口を見ていたんですが、呼んでも来なかったのか3袋ほど店員の右側に固まっているテイクアウトがあり、取りに来ない人が悪いよなと思いながらもずっーと放置されていました。 13:50ようやく番号が呼ばれ行くと、放置されていた3袋のうち一つを渡され本当に驚きました。思わず｢これですか？｣と言ってしまったほどで、店員も袋に番号の付いた紙を見て｢はい｣と返事をして渡してきました。 少なくともその袋たちは自分が到着する前からあったもので1時間近く放置されていたものだと思います。ただ、自分が見ていなかっただけでいつの間にか出来立てを横に置いていたのか？と思って一度受け取り、中を確認したが、氷の溶けた味の薄いオレンジジュース、ヘナヘナになって湿気たビスケット、そして長い間その冷たいオレンジジュースの横に置かれていたであろう、冷えたバーガー。最悪でした。待ち時間はどうであれ温かい出来立てを頂けると思っていたので非常に残念です。お腹も減りすぎていたので抗議する...
