I absolutely love KitaKata!!
I am from Southern California, and this Japanese ramen shop has 3 locations there. KitaKata ramen makes sure to have the same amazing quality among all of their restaurants.
They are also one of the best prices ramen shops I have ever been to, with great staff, and a really family owned style feel. With over 50 locations in Japan, and 3 in California, I definitely recommend anywhere...

One of my favorite ramen. If you prefer thicker soup bases, maybe this isn't the ramen for you. The soup is very light and simple, but the chashu is awesome. The chashu is cut thick and filled with flavor. It makes up for the more simple soup base. I definitely recommend getting the "Aburi Chashu Don" with whatever ramen you get.

大阪には喜多方ラーメン、食べれる所が現在３軒ある。上本町ハイハイタウン喜多方食堂、坂内さんは日本橋４町目店と、此方のお店。
最近、中華／ラーメン、こってり続きだったので、平日の夜入ってみた。駒川商店街はよく行く場所。ずっと素通りやったけど、いつも流行ってるイメージ。
今回はサブメニュー付けずに、基本の「喜多方ラーメン」一本。口コミでは沢山チャーシューってのこと、麺大盛のみ。
まずスープ、一口。優しく美味しい。豚ガラとは思えない柔らかな味。割の会津醤油もあっさりしてる。食べ進めていくほどに･･･。 麺、北に行くほど太麺になるのは何でだろ？。モチモチ縮れ麺。歯応えが欲しいから硬めで注文したけどそれでも柔らかい、多加水麺。 薄味チャーシューが薄いスライス。枚数あっても意味無いじゃん。／大盛、ボリューム感じず。
食べ終えて、満足感が無かったのは、最近豚骨ニンニクが多い私だからかな？。でも、相変わらず斜め向かいの個人中華店のラーメンは普通サイズでもこんくらいあるし、追加サブメニューも安くボリュームもあって、と、つい比べてしまう。
チェーン店でファミリー層向け。店内に流れるスーパーの店名繰り返しみたいな音楽が耳障り。
