Kitty Sweets — Restaurant in Osaka

We were very excited for the trip to this cafe, and our expectations were met entirely! We were seated immediately (even though we came 30 minutes early to our reservation) and the staff were very kind! I purchased the 5,500 yen service for my daughter and mother so they could enjoy a one of a kind experience for their trip and it looked exactly as marketed. Despite what other reviews might say, the sweets and tea were incredibly delicious, fresh, and fragrant. The staff spoke more than enough English for us to have a comfortable experience and we were able to take plenty of photos during the service without being scolded. The tea had unlimited refills and each time the staff would refill with a surprising new flavor (this was a very exciting feature!). The price is reasonable for the service and is similar to how a tea service would be priced in the West. The only slight complaint would be that the venue did not offer boxes to take home leftovers, but that is a standard practice in many places so it did not matter really. What a breathtaking...

I don’t get all the bad reviews for this place, we went on a weekend without a reservation and we had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the prices are actually very reasonable and the quality of the food was actually great.

The place is a dream come true for pink lovers and is very instagrammable, if you want to get a hold of their limited themed sets/food you should get a reservation days in advanced with tablecheck. This is probably the only gripe I have with them since it’s always fully booked 2-3 days in advanced so make sure to book a week before if you’re planning to get the limited themed sets but if you just wanna go and have a drink or some cake, you can go anytime when they’re open and there would be no problem.
