Recently me and my hub are fond of having our dine-out spree around and explore our neighborhood . We have been living around this vicinity for almost 3 decades but we have never tried this place before, though I’ve heard much of this place. So today is the day that we greatly regret why we just let it pass through our ears and never tried this place . I , we rather guarantee you this place. The place might be small on just a counter sushi bar but the freshness , each cuts , each orders of the sushis are superb. You’ll go home very satisfied and worth every penny you spent. The atmosphere and the chef is so calm but fast in every order, sometimes he will tease you to stop your order until there because according to him, one can’t eat all of them at once, besides the fact that the counter can’t hold too many dishes, lol. But as soon you finish your dish, he’s ready for anything you want more. We highly recommend this sushi bar. The best on our list . Nothing compared to other sushi high-end restaurants we’ve been before. From this day on, we’ll be a regular costumer and fan of Morioka Sushi. If there are more stars, I’ll be give it all. Worth the visit and...
Read moreWe had an amazing experience! It's a small restaurant with only bar seats around the sushi chef. There's no English menu but it's not an issue at all. The owner was very kind and offered us all sorts of Sushi which was very delicious! There were local customers who greeted us as well and even had a nice talk with us which was very fun, Japanese people are very welcoming! I particularly liked the eel but everything was good and fresh :) The price is also great, not expensive at all! We had a reservation at the Teamlab garden which is very close to this restaurant, so if you are looking for tasty sushi at a 10 minute walk away from the botanical garden, this...
Read moreThis was one of our favorite experiences in Japan. The owner is a very sweet man who patiently talked to us through my ok Japanese while serving us delicious, fresh, and affordable nigiri. In front of each customer is a set of jars for sweet sauce and spicy sauce you can brush over your nigiri, as well as pickled ginger. No menu, just pick what's in front of you inside the shelf or ask for his おすすめ / osusume / recommendation. We came here after doing the 6:30-7;30 p.m. teamlab botanical garden experience; his restaurant...
