Having worked in New Zealand salmon industry, I'm often cautious about ordering salmon abroad due to past disappointments. They confidently assured us of the freshness of their salmon and ikura, and they were absolutely right. I haven't had such good salmon in a long time—the ikura was particularly above expectations!
