Sato — Restaurant in Osaka

During my visit to Osaka in late February 2025, I discovered one of the best yakitori spots in the city. Despite the chilly weather, the warm, delicious dishes and the heartwarming service created a cozy atmosphere that was truly inviting.

The menu offers a delightful selection of chicken parts, showcasing both traditional and innovative dishes. Each item was perfectly seasoned, delivering an explosion of flavor that left me craving more. The enthusiastic staff, always with a friendly smile, enhanced the experience, and the availability of an English menu made ordering effortless. The restaurant's traditional Japanese decor added to the authentic ambiance, making the dining experience even more special.

ちょっと期待していたので厳しい評価とコメントですみません。

過去に一杯で入店出来ず、今回リベンジ。 今回も沢山のお客さんで何とかカウンター席に。 おまかせ串盛り5本を頼むが30分経っても出てくる気配なし。 他の席ではオーダーミス続出で焼き場がテンパってる状態。オーナーらしき方が焼き場に入る始末。そんな状況でも新規来店客を入れて満席状態に。 ハイボール2杯ゆっくり飲み終わった頃におまかせ串盛りが運ばれるも内容でガッカリ。リピートしてもらうために1本くらいはお店イチオシが入っていると思ったがどれか分からず。おまかせだからしょうがないと割り切りと個別オーダーするべきだったと反省。そして鳥貴族のほうがまだマシだったかと後悔。 追加オーダーせず、もう来ることないかなと思い前回いただいたハイボール半額チケットを出さずに会計。(帰ってレシートを確認したらハイボール1杯分の会計だったのでオーナーらしき方が配慮してくれたのかな)

何かモヤモヤしていたので近くの焼き鳥屋さんで飲み直しも兼ねて盛合せ5本をオーダー。値段は変わらず内容もボリュームも満足。これだよねと思いつつまた来たくなる感じ。

ただ今回個別オーダーを止めたちょうちんを食べてみたいので、もう一回だけ...

焼き鳥激戦区の福島区で、JR環状線野田駅下車、徒歩３分以内で着きます。スピードメニューや朝引き鶏の刺身もあったりと、焼き鳥以外も楽しめました。鶏スープは好みは分かれますが、濃いーのが好きな方は美味しく飲めます。希少部位の中落ちは淡白な感じでしたが、美味しかったです。
