I don’t even like pasta yet I can always trust the chef to deliver something I’ll enjoy. Never been disappointed and I’ve been going periodically for about 6-7 years. Always a good time. Can be very relaxed or very engaging depending on your mood. Lovely staff and owners are a wonderful couple. I always enjoy watching them prepare the food when I get a counter seat. A non pretentious place but the respect for the art of cooking is so evident in the kitchen and on the plate. It can get a little pricey for dinner depending on what you order but you can easily get a good meal at ¥2000price point. Cheapest pasta dish is ¥1430. I usually spend around ¥4000-¥6000 if I get a variety of dishes and drinks. There are more affordable lunch options as is the norm mostly less than ¥2000 as is the norm in Japan. The food here is pretty good. I've been twice both times with a work party. The first time I ate the regular course menu and it was good. I have since gone vegan, the restaurant was given a weeks notice to be able to make a vegan dish for me and they were unable. I didn't want a specific dish and wasn't demanding that they make something complicated but even a tomato sauce seemed beyond them. 他のお店ではあり得ないくらい具材はいつもたくさん入っていて大満足です！ ランチタイムドリンクも100円で、デザートも頼みやすいお値段で上新庄淡路界隈ではパスタならココという感じです。
という感じでほぼ週一あるかないかで友達にも紹介して通っていました。
ですが去年あたりからなんか残念だな、と思うことが増えました。
カルパッチョのスパイスが入ってない。 隣のカルパッチョに入ってるのを見て（真っ赤なので分かります）
こちらにはなかったんですが、、と。
スタッフさんに聞いたら、
入ってる時と入ってない時があるんですよ～
じゃあ今回こちらには入ってないけど、お隣には入ってる、そんなこともあるという事ですか？

メニューが違うなら分かるしこちらが要らないと伝えた上でないならわかります。 当日の数分違いで座ったお客さんには入っていて、こちらには入ってない。。 ないとスパイス感がないカルパッチョ……

6回目にして聞きました。
6回目はお皿間違えでまたマスクされてないお隣に持っていったカルパッチョを持ってこられました。 交換もされず。
過去5回の間違いが不快で暫くいかなかったのに久しぶりにきてこれ。
またですか？こういう間違いもう6回目なんですけど、と言いました。
交換とか考えてもないような態度で、すいませんだけでした。
不快で手付けるまで時間かかりました。
ある日は ペペロンチーノ食べたいんですけど頼めないと言われて、仕方なく白ワインに。
その10分後くらいに来た派手な茶髪のおばちゃんとその娘？が隣に座って、ペペロンチーノで、と難なく注文。 オーダー通してる声もペペロンチーノでした。
常連さんはメニューに無いものを頼んでもOKのようですよ。
マスク会食も無視して大声で喋る喋る。 昔からの常連さんなのかもしれないけど、頼めないと断られた物を、隣は頼めるのが聞こえてこっちはいい気しないですよね。
