Wow, thanks so much to Mojo and Kohei for such an amazing experience eating and drinking and staying with you. We had such a relaxing and pleasurable time and felt truly charmed by your honest representation of the region you grew up in.

very few restaurants in the world can give you such an authentic experience showcasing a local region, tasting the very best of both local produce and beverages we were enamoured by the hospitality in every single way.

I very rarely write reviews but when Mojo said we were the first westerners to dine with them I felt obliged to share what a magical place they have built.

Anyone who gets the opportunity to visit the brothers at Notori are in for a treat of kindness hard to find these days.

We were so honored to dine at Notori while visiting Fuji. The concept, atmosphere, food and hospitality were all phenomenal. This was one of the most memorable dinners we've ever had. The owners were so very kind and their attention and care in preparing and serving the drinks and food truly showed their passion. Truly the most unique and well thought-out, beautiful and memorable food experience. The two chefs are brothers and use 90% locally sourced ingredients from Yamanashi. Every dish has amazing blend of textures and flavors and you can tell how much the chefs care about the customers experience. I truly loved the experience. Cannot recommend this...
