日頃の喧騒から離れられる場合です。 本日はランチでリュウマイカフェさんに伺いました。 ベジタブルスパイスカレーとレモンスカッシュを頂きました。 サラダファーストで自家製塩麹のドレッシングをかけて頂きます。酸っぱさとちょうど良くサラダの野菜の種類も多くて嬉しい。食べやすい大きさにカットされていているのも嬉しいところ〜。 そしてお楽しみのヴィーガンカレーへと参る〜。ヴィーガンと言うとどことなく優しい味ばかりのイメージでしたがこちらのカレーは濃くて甘さが初めにありますが後からスクスクとスパイスの辛さが顔を出して来ます。ちょうどいい辛さでお水を飲むほどではない辛さです。 食べ終わる事にはお腹が動いている感じがして身体にあっている感じですね！ 量もちょうど良くでありがたいです。 こちらのレモンスカッシュはレモンまで頂けるので本当安心なところが嬉しいパートツーです。 また伺いたいと思います。

住宅街に椰子の木が映える こちらのお店は 2012年にオープンしたオーガニックカフェで 有機栽培コーヒーにグレードの高い茶葉 “オレンジペコ”の紅茶やハーブティーなど 揃っていて素材にこだわった自家製ケーキも いただけます！

テーブルでメニューを確認後カウンターで 注文するシステムです (ワンドリンクオーダー制/支払いは最後)

注文した“かぼちゃの焼きプリン”は かぼちゃの 風味豊かで なめらかな食感も良く とても 美味しかったです♪ “瀬戸内レモンのレアチーズケーキ”も 爽やかな 酸味と甘味のバランス良く 美味しく いただきました〜♫ コーヒーや紅茶はフレンチプレスやポットで 提供されたので ゆっくり楽しめました♬
