This local bakery "sumigama huwari " offers a variety of wonderful breads and pastries. This is a small, locally run shop. On entering the store, I was met with a tenderly pleasant aroma and a gently warmth of the baking oven. The fact that staffs were baking breads right next to the customers area showed the authenticity to the crafts. They not only serve freshly baked breads also focus on healthy options, notably through unique charcoal ovens baking. Varieties were really abundant including the sweet breads, the sandwiches, and more. It was a tough to pick ones. A fried fish sandwich and a blueberry danish were my selects. The sandwich was flavorful going well with ingredients ; the crispy fried fish, fresh vegetables and tartar sauce. These made it special. The danish were also rich dessert. The mildly sour blueberry balanced nicely the thick cream cheese. The experience was excellent. The high quality breads didn't fit its affordable price (under 500yen ). Though sadly this bakery is far from my home, I would definitely return to it. As far as I heard, It has more menus on Wednesday and Friday. It also offers a popular simple bread. Try it!

売り場は少し小さめで種類もすくないですが、水・金だったかな？パンの種類が多くなると張り紙されてました！！こんなの初めて（笑）どんなパンが並ぶのか気になりながらサンドを2種類購入。 写メで伝わるか些か心配ではありますが。。。凄いボリュームです！！これで計540円ならコンビニでサンド買ってはいけませんよ！ フルーツサンドも置いて欲しいなぁ。。。

街の小さなパン屋さんです。お惣菜パンも菓子パンも美味しいですが、特に食パンがもちもちふわふわで、色々食べたけどここのは毎朝食べたくなる味です！この間初めてその食パンを使ったサンドイッチを食べたら、中の具も美味しくてたっぷり入ってて、パンはもちもちでめっちゃ美味しかったです。店員さんも近所の常連のおばあちゃんとも気さくに世間話されていたり...
