昊鶏麺 タレ鶏カツセット【麺屋昊鶏 大津店】@滋賀県大津市衣川。 大津市は雄琴から少し北上した『豚骨の力』跡地で、今年1月20日にオープンした昊鶏@湖南市の2号店。 一昨年も豚骨専門店として、水口に出店した事を含めると3店舗目なのかな。着々と拡大していってる感じが伺えますね。 メニューは、湖南市の店舗と一緒だと思われます。 ●昊鶏麺（鶏こってり）：780円 ●昊鶏魚介麺（鶏・鰹・煮干し）：800円 ●昊塩麺（塩）：750円 ●淡麗昊醤油麺（鶏清湯）：750円 ●濃厚白湯麺（鶏濃厚こってり）：850円 ●神鶏セ★ギョ麵ト（限定3食）：950円 の、麺類メニューにトッピング類。 それと、唐揚げ・タレ鶏カツ・トンカツ・炙りチャーシュー丼等のセットメニューとなり、白ご飯とお漬物は食べ放題という太っ腹ぶりのサービス。 ◆昊鶏麺（鶏こってり） ブレンダーで攪拌させたクリーミーな泡々系鶏白湯。濃厚な鶏の凝縮した旨味があり、粘度もしっかりとあるが、刻み紫玉葱のシャキシャキ感と甘さが重たさやくどさを感じさせずに飲めるスープです。 麺は中細ストレートで、濃厚なスープをしっかりと纏って持ち上がるので食べ終える頃にはスープもほとんど残っていないです。 具材は、チャーシュー・メンマ・紫玉ねぎの微塵切り・貝割れ大根。バラ肉のチャーシューは割と脂身が多いかな。 ◆タレ鶏カツ（セット） 肉厚な鶏のカツは、ソースにドボン漬けした感じだがさっくり感は残っており、なかなか美味い。卓上にある洋辛子を付けて食べるのがオススメだが、ご飯がめちゃくちゃススム。 ご飯やお漬物が食べ放題ってのも、ガッツリ食べたい方には喜ばれるサービス。しかもお昼はラーメン代に＋330円で戴けるのだから、コスパも素晴らしい。
