Was a great dining experience at one of Japan’s largest teppanyaki steak counter. We had the omi beef & seafood teppanyaki supreme sirloin & the omi beef tenderloin course. Recommend to try both cuts if you can - different profiles and paired well with the foam salt, horseradish & garlic chips on the side. One favourite was that strip of fat on the sirloin that was fried crispy by Chef. Every course and the seafood was great, cooked to the right doneness & seasoning, with good presentation. They offer a good sake range too, just check w the staff for pairing recommendations.
