My partner enjoyed the Shio Ramen, which also had a clear chicken broth as its base, offering a subtle and refined flavor. The light saltiness enhanced the umami of the broth, making it enjoyable to the last drop.

店内に入るとラーメンデートにもいけそうなおしゃれな内装。 そして美しすぎる厨房です。 実にきれいなんです。
女性ファンか多いことがわかります。 期間限定メニューも女性向けな感じです。
今回、いただきましたのは一番人気の『丸鶏塩味玉ラーメン(1080円)』です。 これは美味そう!!! いや、美味しのに決まってます!!!
スープは鶏がベースで魚介をきかせた塩ラーメンです。 実に上品で出汁香るスープです。 仕事の丁寧さがわかります。 とても無化調には思えない完璧なスープです。
麺はスープと相性の良い中細ストレートタイプで、スープとよくからんでます。 GOOD!GOOD!GOOD!
続きまして、主役と云っても過言ではないチャーシューです。 レア感がある、大きめのもので、これは美味しいです。 フレンチの世界のお肉っていう感じです。
