A very nice public bath facility to spend a few hours in - provided you’re comfortable doing it like the Japanese (fully naked). The facility includes 2 large bath areas separated by gender, and a common area where you can join your partner/friend/family from the opposite gender after a good bath. The bath areas are Japanese style: go in naked with a small towel in your hand, first wash yourself thoroughly, then enjoy 2 different saunas, multiple baths from ice cold to 41 degrees hot, inside or outside, before you come out to change into your provided yukata to enjoy the facilities. The facilities include lounge chairs to watch tv or read a Japanese manga, massage chairs, exercise equipment, a cafe and a restaurant, and more. The entry price (1650¥ on weekday, 1850¥ on weekend) includes everything except the obvious extras (restaurant, massage, etc). Worth the price for the quality of...

They have several restaurants including yakiniku, udon, tonkatsu, Japanese curry etc. They have a front gift shop as well as a gift shop downstairs; gift shop downstairs closes early, but upper gift shop stays open until they close. They have many bathing pools both inside and out that are gender segregated. They also have a family onsen (also segregated) to take kids to located downstairs that is adorable with kid sized amenities and a kids playroom next door. It is over if the bigger onsens that I've been to and we generally spend several hours there. I highly...

No drinking fountain in this area, so byo water/juice or buy drinks. The normal bath area was ok. Nice sauna and cold plunge pool, and a selection of pools with hot water coming up from over a kilometre deep. But there are much better public baths and I won't...
