Used google translate to try to read the machine’s menu. This is translated as “toro” with sea noodles - pink tag.
Unsure what it should really say but what I got was VERY fatty slightly charred pork with a thick heavy broth.
Probably some of the best tasting meat and broth I’ve had, but so heavy I could eat only half of it. I wish I had time to try the other options on the menu!
