Highly recommended. I think the best thing about this place is all tables are in a “private” area. We ordered the 3,800 all you can eat per person for dinner and it’s absolutely worth all the yen! So good. The beef is delicious and the variations of side dishes, noodles, desserts etc are all included for the charge. We will come back again. Thanks for great service too! We only speak English and we feel comfortable at our dine in experience❤️

Excellent food and service. We loved this restaurant!!! All you can eat (a lot of options of meat, shrimp, rice, curry, french fries, cake, ice cream, salad, etc) and drink (chocolate, coffee, soft drinks, juices, water, etc) for 90 minutes. It’s a little expensive, but since you can eat and drink until you explode, it ends up being cheaper than ordering individual dishes. Highly recommended!

All you can eat (a lot of options of meat, shrimp, rice, curry, french fries, cake, ice cream, salad, etc) and drink (chocolate, coffee, soft drinks, juices, water, etc) for 90 minutes. It’s a little expensive, but since you can eat and drink until you explode, it ends up being cheaper than ordering individual dishes. Highly recommended!

食べ物自体はそれなりの味で、悪くないです。 2ヶ月に一回ぐらい行ってます。 最近はプレミアム(140品)コースが増えて、厳選(100品)コースで食べれていた塊肉などが選べなくなり、高くなりました。

敬老の日の前日だったため、焼肉食べ放題の雰囲気が味わいたいという妻の祖父祖母を連れていきました。

2022/09/18 にE-PARKで予約してお店に入りました。 テレビでライバル店の焼肉キング特集があったので、混雑を避けるためにがんこ炎を選びました。ただ、そのせいか、焼肉キングの予約ができない客が流れてきて、 ひっきりなしに電話対応している店員がいました。

少し残念だったのはE-PARKで18:00に予約したのですが、同じ時間帯に予約したという客が何組も入ってきて、こちらが先に伝えてるのに順番を抜かされて案内されたことです。

さらにトラブルが続き店員に18:20に案内されたところ 席に着いた瞬間案内がまだできない状態でしたって返されるということが起こりました。 その時に、祖父の方からクレームとして「こちらも同じ18:00に予約しているになぜ後から先に案内される人がいるのですか？」と店員に伝えたところ「お電話予約の方が優先のため、e-parkで予約した人は待ってもらうことになっています。申し訳ありません。」と伝えられました。

結果的に席に座れたのは18:30ごろでした。 さらにトラブルは続き、 店員が少ないのか注文したものがなかなか届かない、5分10分遅れる品が出てくるのは当たり前、時間制限のラストオーダーを過ぎても、ロースやホルモンがまだ届かない、ラストギリギリで頼んだデザートも届かない。 店員が少な過ぎてキャパオーバーしてる状態でした。 本来は席の時間含めて90分ぐらいが制限だと思いますが、それが守れないぐらいオーダーしたものが届かない。

オーダーしたものが届かない → 席の時間を守れない → 次の予約客の約束を守れない →...
