壱吉屋 — Restaurant in Oyama

A very nice ramen restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. It has great wooden tables and small corner gardens even within the restaurant.

The food is really good too. The pork ramen has a generous amount of pork, with about 7 slices compared to the normal 2 or 3. The vegetable ramens have heaps of the vegetable of choice and some even advertise local grown vegetables, so you'll be supporting...

This is my favorite ramen shop in Japan. I love the chyashumen with gyouza. I have been eating here since 2001. The handmade noodles are great! Looking forward to...

オープン当初はチャーシュー麺が美味しく、あの頃はラーメン屋で麦茶を出す珍しい店だったので好きでした。

久しぶりに食べにいきましたがあまりの味の変化に衝撃を受けました。チャーシュー麺は焼豚ではなく脂身たっぷりの煮豚のような食感で、例えるなら味のついていない角煮のようで食べていて気持ち悪くなってしまい箸が何度か止まってしまいました。 餃子も中身がスカスカで食べ応えもありません。 店の雰囲気はあまり変化が無く安心していたので、不意打ちを喰らった気分です。 味も薄く、パンチもない割に値段は高いです。 お酒や一品物の種類が多い割に閉店時間が早いので勿体無い気がします。
