F1チームの来日に合わせて、富士スピードウェイホテルに宿泊した際に利用しました。 雰囲気 モータースポーツをモダンにアレンジしたおしゃれな内装で、とても居心地がよく、リラックスした時間を過ごせました。 ドリンク オリジナルカクテルを数種類いただきました。「無言」「トロフェオサワー」「パッショーネ」どれも大変美味しく、特に「無言」はすっきりとした中にフルーティーな香りとキレがあり、最高でした。 フード トリュフのフライドポテトが感動するほど美味しく、また必ず食べたい一品です。 接客 丁寧でありながら親しみやすい接客で、心地よい距離感を保ちながらおすすめも教えてくださいました。おかげで素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
